In television news, some new faces will be joining some of tv’s hottest shows this fall.
- In the midst of the bad break up news with him and Demi Lovato, Wilmer Valderrama will be joining the long running show, “NCIS.”
Valderrama will be joining the show for its 14th season, and will play an agent.
E! News spoke to executive producer, Gary Glasberg, about Valderrama appearing in the new season.
“Wilmer Valderrama will be able to flex his dramatic, physical and comedic talents in this classic NCIS role. Fans are going to see him like they’ve never seen him before. This is going to be fun. We’re thrilled he’s coming aboard.”
Valderrama showed his acting chops in the recent “Grey’s Anatomy” season, appearing in multiple episodes as Kyle, the patient with a severe brain tumour who falls in love with a doctor on the show as well.
- In other television news, John Stamos will join season 2 of “Scream Queens.”
We know John Stamos as Uncle Jesse from “Full House,” but now the “Grandfathered” actor will now play a doctor.
The show will move from a college campus to a hospital, and Stamos will play Dr. Brock Holt, the hospital’s brilliant, but secretive, head surgeon.
I think this will be a perfect role for Stamos. He is a great television actor, plus he has the look for a doc, so!
Season 2 of “Scream Queens” will premiere Tues, Sept 20.
