Here is my favourite headline of the day:
Lance Bass will host an all-gay Bachelor-style dating show!
Like the dating shows, “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” this new show, called “Finding Prince Charming,” will appear on Logo, the cable network behind shows like “RuPaul’s Drag Race”.
This is the first dating show of its kind in TV history. It will be the first dating show to feature only gay men.
In 2003, Bravo tried the series “Boy Meets Boy,” but the it was a mix of both straight and gay men, with the star not knowing who was and wasn’t gay.
Fox tried a similar show, “Playing it Straight,” featuring a woman who had a similar choice between straight and gay men.
On this show, the main bachelor will choose between 13 men, according to the network press release.
A difference from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette?”
There will be no proposal at the end, but a commitment to an “exclusive relationship.”
MOST REALISTIC REALITY SHOW EVER.
CONGRATULATIONS TO LANCE BASS AND LOGO FOR MAKING THE STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
