During the outdoor adventure in Ireland, she discusses her regrets she has made during her successful career.

I have done things that I regret, and luckily they’re things that dissolve and go away, so that’s good, because that’s not always been my best look,” she said in reference to cosmetic procedures that she’s undergone.

Cox, who is best known for her role on the 90s/00s smash-hit series, “Friends,” alongside Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry, said she struggled with the idea of aging in the public eye.

“Was there pressure to look a certain way, or not?” Grylls asked.

“Just being a woman in this business… getting older is not the easiest thing,” she told the survivalist. “But I have learned lessons. I think I was trying to keep up with being older.”

I think Cox regrets her plastic surgeries, but felt (and still feels) that this was the only way to stay current in such an ageist- industry.
